Faith Promise is how our church supports sharing the message of Jesus Christ at home and around the world. Through Faith Promise, our members provide financial support for people in other countries teaching about Jesus. Our church has made this a valuable and important part of our ministry. Faith Promise reminds us that with the blessings we have been given by God, there comes great responsibility. Truly our church has been blessed over the years and many people have come to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior because of the money promised during our Faith Promise weekend. A portion of the money promised will also stay in the United States. We support many ministries that lead people to the Kingdom of God. Many children have been blessed through the years by our support of Christian Children’s Homes. These homes take in children from difficult situations. Abused, neglected, troubled children find safety, love and stability through the work of wonderful men and women who serve as parents for these children. Along with helping children, we also support colleges. Our colleges train young men and women to go, teach and preach about Jesus. Some of these students will be leaders in the church in the United States and some will leave to minister in foreign lands. Our church has made caring for, teaching, and training the next generation to share the gospel of Jesus Christ a high priority. We have received a great blessing because of our involvement with these ministries. Each year we ask people to fill out a Faith Promise Card. This card has a place for you to enter a weekly amount that you will contribute to this ministry. Last year, our church gave over $230,000.00 to missions. What a great testimony for our church and what a wonderful way to bring praise to our God who can do more than we could ever ask or imagine.
