Wide Awake Living Life The Way God Intended
March 30, 2008 -
Remember the movie "Dead Men Walking"? It seems like there are a lot of people that are living their lives asleep, even though they seem like they are awake. Jesus came, in His words, so that we may live life to the fullest.
So why is it that we seem to walk through this life half asleep or, what may be worse, half alive. This series examines the life that God has always intended for us to live and will clue us in on how to live that way.

The Victor Easter 2008 March 23, 2008
Christ's sacrifice on the cross was simply the beginning of the end. His ressurection on the third day sealed Satan's fate and our furture as well. This message is one of great hope and assurance. |

Come and See... Jesus
January 6, 2008 - February 24
As we begin the new year, with all its resolutions and promises, it's always good to examine our goals as well. As Christians, our goal is always to become more and more like Jesus: To see things the way He does; To do the things He would do; To act the way He would act; To treat people the way He did.
That's why we're taking a look at His life and visiting some of the important events. We'll look at what He taught, How he treated people, and even how he stood up and fought when He needed to. Hopefully, through this series, we'll all grow a little more like Jesus as we "Come and See".

Gotta Have It...
December 2, 2007 - December 30, 2007
There are things that we all want for Christmas. It seems that with every commercial that comes on, even when they are advertising the most ridiculous things, the urge is there it go out and get one. And when it's a toy and there are kids involved... Watch Out!
Even in the Christmas story in Scripture, the people involved wanted something. Sometimes they got what they wanted, other times they got something completely different. Sometimes what they wanted was good, and other times it wasn't. But they each received something that first Christmas. How about you? This Christmas, is there something that's screaming out to you the you just simply "gotta have it"?

Hello, I am....
September 9, 2007 - November 11, 2007
Introductions... We make them every day when we meet someone new. Actually, there are times that we need to make them when we meet someone that we haven't seen for a long time. And when those introductions are made, you usually learn a lot about the person by listening to what they tell you about themselves.
That's what this series is all about. We're looking at what Jesus said about Himself and seeing what we can learn about our relationship to Him and to His people through the names that He used for Himself. They're commonly called the "I Am" statements and they always deal with not only who He is, but how we can relate to Him as well.

On your mark, Get set, GO!
August 5, 2007 - September 2, 2007
We are all running a race. Whether we know it or not, our lives are racing toward something. As Christians, we're hopefully running the race that God has marked out for us. (See Hebrews chapter 12.) But how can we run that race even better than we are? This short series delves into that thought and gives us some practical things that we can do to not only run the race but to win the prize as well.

Old Testament Heroes
June 3, 2007 - July 29, 2007
Of all the heroes that we hold up to emulate and copy, why not Elijah and Elisha. As men of God, they followed His lead and His direction and did mighty things for His kingdom. This series explores the lives of these two amazing men and helps us to see that God can use us too.
